Remote Juneau Alaska is a strange place from which to run a global company which imports and exports between 14 countries. We live on the side of a mountain and we don’t even have a garage. They close our street off in winter and it becomes the sledding hill. Logistically, it’s disadvantageous, even unlikely, but we are rooted here. We are the opposite of digital nomads.
