We want you to be happy with your purchase from Invisible World, but if for some reason it doesn’t work out we offer exchanges or refunds.
Because we are closing soon, our policy is as follows: Items purchased before April 1 can be returned immediately for a refund. Items purchased after April 1 can only be exchanged for other items. Exchanges must be received in Alaska by April 15.
Last official day of sales is April 10, but we'll try to accomodate late exchanges. Any sales made incidentally after April 10 are final.
At your request, we will provide Domestic customers with a prepaid return label. Sale items cannot be exchanged for the same item at a lower price.
Unfortunately, items which show wear, HAVE AN ODOR OF PERFUME, COLOGNE OR SMOKE, or have animal hairs on them can not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. ODORS are our #1 friction point for returns, so if you are going to return your sweater, it's wise to try it on and then keep it sealed in a plastic bag until you ship it.
