Deluxe Long Hand Painted Satin Silk Scarf Lotus Dragonfly

We decided to take our long-time favorite hand-painted silk scarves and dial them up a few notches. Instead of lightweight paj, we used lush satin, which shows the colors in a clearer, more substantial way. We also increased the size to a generous 63" by 17", which makes it the perfect silk scarf for hair or head. It has the same expert hand-finishing at the rolled edges. In this design, dragonflies hover above a lotus pond.

The result is a luxurious work of glowing silk art that stands out in your wardrobe or as a gift.

These silk scarves are created by a family of silk-painters in Suzhou, China, in their own workshop. Each starts as a piece of white silk and is painted, steamed and finished by hand.
